The GastroLounge Menu is dynamic and changes daily depending on the availability of fresh fruits and vegetables that are found at the nearby Fresh Food Market and the whim of the chef. One may find themselves lucky and have a fish directly from the garden fish pond. The Lounge also has daily specials as well as the chef will take special orders but only in advance and availability.
